At Horeka, we understand that time is the new currency. Our Quick Delivery service is designed to bring your essential household goods, kitchenware, and gifting products to your doorstep within hours — not days.
Quick Delivery is Horeka’s premium fast-shipping model for customers within serviceable zones across Delhi NCR.
We’ve partnered with top-tier last-mile logistics providers to ensure swift, safe, and seamless delivery from our nearest fulfilment point to your doorstep.
Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 4 hours from order confirmation.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 8:00 PM are processed the next day.
Operating Days: 7 days a week (excluding select public holidays).
Quick Delivery is available for customers located within eligible pin codes mapped to our partner stores and micro-warehouses.
Eligibility is automatically determined at checkout based on your delivery address.
Radius Coverage: Up to 6 km from our active fulfilment hubs.
Delivery Fee: Free for eligible customers within the 6 km radius.
A minimal fee applies beyond this range.
Product Weight Limit: Orders exceeding 20 kg are excluded from Quick Delivery and default to Standard Shipping.
Each order is packed with care using Horeka’s verified packaging partners to ensure zero breakage and product hygiene.
Temperature-sensitive or fragile items are handled through dedicated logistics channels equipped for safe transport.
While we strive to maintain our 4-hour delivery window, unforeseen factors such as traffic congestion, adverse weather, or surge demand may occasionally cause minor delays.
In such cases, customers receive real-time notifications via SMS or WhatsApp, along with a revised ETA.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email.
Customers can also check order status directly through their Horeka account dashboard.
Quick Delivery orders are subject to the same Return & Replacement Policy as standard orders.
In the rare case of damage or mismatch, customers must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
