How long does delivery take?
Quick Delivery aims to reach you within 4 hours of order confirmation, 7 days a week. Orders placed after 8:00 PM are processed the next day. Because the item ships from a local shop near you rather than a distant warehouse, most orders arrive the same day.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Horeka currently delivers across 16 pincodes in Delhi, served by 3 verified neighbourhood shops. Eligibility is determined automatically from your delivery address at checkout — enter your pincode on any product page to see whether a shop near you stocks it.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for eligible customers within 6 km of the fulfilling shop. A small fee applies beyond that range, shown before you pay — never added afterwards.
Are heavy or bulky items delivered the same way?
Orders over 20 kg fall outside Quick Delivery and move to Standard Shipping, which takes longer. Large cookware sets, water storage and some appliances fall into this bracket; the delivery method is confirmed at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed you receive a tracking link by SMS and email, and you can check status from your Horeka account dashboard at any time.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Traffic, weather or surge demand can occasionally push past the usual window. When that happens you get a notification by SMS or WhatsApp with a revised ETA rather than silence — and support is reachable at [email protected] during 10 AM – 8 PM, Mon–Sun.
