What payment methods can I use?
You can pay online by UPI, credit card, debit card or netbanking, or choose Pay in Person and hand over payment when the order reaches you. All prices are in Indian Rupees.
Is the price on the page the final price?
The listed price is what the shop charges for the item. Delivery is free within 6 km of the fulfilling shop; beyond that a small fee is shown before you pay, never added afterwards.
Why is the same product a different price at different shops?
Each shop on Horeka sets its own price. These are independent businesses, not branches of one chain, so the same item can cost slightly more or less depending on which shop near you stocks it.
Are the discounts real?
Discounts shown on Horeka are the difference between a shop's regular price and its current price for that item. Live offers across every shop are listed on the offers page, sorted by how much is actually off.
Do I need an account to order?
You can browse and check availability freely. An account keeps your delivery address, order history and tracking in one place.
